Terms and Conditions:
Owner responsibility:
The client understands and agrees that it is crucial to reinforce training efforts both before, and after the scheduled sessions. The trainer provides a structured environment, but the effectiveness of training depends on the owners, ongoing involvement and commitment.
No Guarantees:
Costner Canine training cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The owner assumes full responsibility for their dogs behavior during and after the training sessions.
Termination of Training:
Clients withdraw their dog from training at any time however, once training has commenced, all fees are not refundable.
Medical Treatment Authorization:
The owner authorizes emergency medical care for their dog, if necessary. If a veterinarian is unavailable, the trainer may seek treatment from any licensed veterinarian of their choosing. The client agrees to reimburse the trainer for all related charges within 15 days. The owner also assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused by their dog.
Liability Release:
The owner acknowledges that they have read and understood this agreement and wave all liability claims against Costner canine training for any injury or damage. Their pet occurred during or after the training.
Aggressive Behavior Disclaimer:
The owner understands that training outcomes cannot be guaranteed, especially regarding aggressive behavior. The decision to enroll in training is made at the owners discretion, and they accept full responsibility for any damage caused by their pets during or after the program.
Miscellaneous:
The owner is responsible for obtaining the necessary equipment recommended by the trainer, unless otherwise stated in the event of legal council being required, the prevailing party agrees to cover all expenses. This agreement represents the full understanding between the parties and may only be modified in writing by both parties.
Addendum A:
I, as a legal owner of the pets, state that the information provided here is true to the best of my knowledge. I understand that this information may be utilized during the training program.
