À La Carte Training Client Agreement

Services Provided

I, Costner Canine Training, will offer à la carte dog training services at Lake Wylie Pet Resort for clients currently using boarding or day play services. Training will focus on specific skills requested by you, the owner, tailored to your dog's needs during their stay.

Liability Waiver

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree that [Your Company Name] and its representatives are not liable for any health or safety concerns arising during the training sessions. You assume full responsibility for any medical issues or injuries to your dog or myself during the training process.

Medical Coverage

All medical costs, including those incurred by myself and any dogs incorporated into the training process, will be covered until ownership is transferred back to you, the dog's owner. You are responsible for any pre-existing health conditions that may affect the training.

No Guarantee of Services

While I will use my best efforts to provide effective training, I do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the services rendered. Each dog learns at their own pace.

Payment

All payments will be collected by Lake Wylie Pet Resort upon arrival and sign in.

Community Outings

To enhance the training experience, I may remove your dog from the facility grounds to participate in community outings. These outings will depend on the training requirements and may involve exposure to various environments.

Progress Updates

Daily video updates will be sent via text during the training period. These videos will outline the skills taught and demonstrate your dog’s progress throughout the training sessions.

Agreement Confirmation

By signing below, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement and acknowledge that you have read and understood all sections.
